Kirsty joined Wrightson Wood from an Executive Search boutique. Her specialist areas include General Management, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Loyalty. Her networks exist within the Financial Services, Professional Services, FMCG, Retail and Consumer Services markets. She works internationally with an emphasis on delivering Pan-European searches.
Previously, she worked with a generalist Executive Search firm as a Consultant concentrating on Senior positions and team builds. She started her career as a researcher learning the fundamentals of executive search before heading up the research team working on a broad range of assignments across a wide variety of industries.
Kirsty is fluent in French and Italian and has an Honours Degree in languages from Bristol University.
