Laura joined Wrightson Wood in 2010. As an executive search professional, she focuses on the consumer financial services industry, with a particular depth in the payments and loyalty space. Her functional expertise includes general management, strategy, marketing, sales, risk, and human resources. She also provides executive assessment, succession planning, human capital due diligence, and coaching as part of leadership development, change management and pre-/post-merger integration.
Previously, Laura was an Executive Director with Russell Reynolds Associates and Principal of Leaders Den. Prior to entering the talent industry, she held a variety of leadership roles in the financial services industry with Citi, American Express, Lazard, and KPMG. She has significant international experience, having lived in UK, Singapore, and US and worked across over 25 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia. She earned MBA's from both Columbia Business School and London Business School. Additionally, she has a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
