Melissa joined Wrightson Wood in 2010 as a Senior Researcher working as part of the Natural Resources team specialising in senior level executive search assignments.
Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Researcher for Corporate Consulting Group, where her focus was on the Oil, Gas & Mining sectors, specialising in Global Operations, HSSE & Sustainable Development and Country/Regional management. Previously she assisted on board and non-executive directorship assignments.
Her earlier career was in the travel industry working for one of the world's largest travel organisations. She gained knowledge and experience in the areas of sales and marketing and was given the opportunity to travel extensively.
