Rose joined Wrightson Wood as Head of Research with the mandate to develop, manage and continually improve upon our research teams' capability whilst also conducting research assignments on behalf of consultants and clients directly. She operates at a senior level and actively cultivates networks and contacts within the broad financial services sectors as well as other industry verticals such as consumer services and packaged goods for example, to identify particular sources of talent.
Previously, she worked with Korn/Ferry International within the Financial Services and Consumer practices and supported a number of consultants across general management, finance, marketing and sales orientated assignments in the UK and overseas.
Before moving into executive search, Rose started her career with Merrill Lynch in Market Research/Intelligence within private wealth management before progressing to a corporate finance boutique where she conducted equity research helping companies list on AIM.
Rose has a degree in Politics and History from Anglia Ruskin University.
