By working closely with our clients, we become a trusted advisor. Based on this relationship, we provide consultancy services to businesses to help them better understand issues surrounding the trends, initiatives, capabilities and availabilities of people in the external market relative to their own. This enables better decision making to either recruit, retain, develop and/or manage performance.

Wrightson Wood uses in-house researchers who work alongside the consultants from the outset of an assignment through to closure. They are an integral part of the search process.

For example, we have conducted:

A project to provide insight to the HR Director of a global professional services firm to determine the most applicable structure and approach for their Learning & Development team to optimise training across multiple countries, practices and service lines.

A compensation review of a number of Executive/Management Boards within a specific industry sector to enable the remuneration committee to make informed decision in regards to the compensation and benefits of their own Board members.

A project to research and profile senior female executives across FTSE 50 and global industry.
